What type of classes are available (three sentences): We offer a range of classes that are designed to elevate your heart rate and help you build strength and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we have something for everyone. Our most popular classes include yoga, Pilates, and spin.
How much do classes cost (two sentences): Classes are priced based on the length of the class and the number of people attending. Drop-in rates start at $15, with rates starting as low as $8 per class if you sign up for a 5-class pass. For those who prefer packages, we offer 6-month memberships starting at $150 and 12-month memberships starting at $240. All packages include unlimited access to all classes during the membership period. For those who want even more benefits from their membership, one-year memberships also come with personal training sessions every month which helps clients set goals and stay motivated while getting into shape. Personal trainers are available Monday through Friday and hourly sessions start at $50 per hour. As an added bonus, any client who purchases a one-year membership gets 30 days of free private lessons in music production software such as Logic Pro X and Ableton Live 9 Suite. It’s easy to keep yourself moving throughout your day when you attend one of our group exercise classes three times per week. Our instructors will also help you stay motivated as they teach fun ways for improving coordination and burning calories with friends. There are different types of exercise offered every day so that no two workouts are alike. The instructors work hard to push their students but they do so with kindness and understanding; not yelling or humiliating anyone. They want everyone who comes through their doors to feel welcome and know that they belong here. They’ve created an atmosphere that makes everyone feel like they’re on an adventure when working out. It’s easy to get lost in conversation as well because the music is just loud enough to drown out any distractions without being too loud to talk over. The best part about this whole experience though is getting into some of those old-school cardio machines like treadmills and elliptical machines–it’s like a walk down memory lane for me. I was always scared to try them when I was younger because I thought I wouldn’t be able to use them properly but the staff at Elevation Fitness made me feel comfortable from the start which helped me get past my fear and just go for it! The staff at Elevation Fitness are knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. They’ll give you guidance on how to use all the equipment if needed and will explain everything very thoroughly before letting you take off on your own. And even if someone does happen to get hurt (or sick) during class, they’ll come around during breaks to check up on everyone and ask if there’s anything else they need.
One thing I really love about this place is that even after working out intensely for an hour straight, I still don’t feel like I’m done! Once we wrap up our workout we head upstairs to the third floor for yoga or pilates. We can either choose our level based on what we were just doing downstairs or we can try something completely new. Yoga feels amazing after spending so much time running around on all those machines and stretching muscles that haven’t been stretched in awhile. Plus, it’s such a cool feeling knowing that you did something good for yourself today. You might not realize it yet, but these small changes will accumulate and make big differences in your life. All the effort and dedication you put in to changing yourself today will only motivate you to continue to do better tomorrow. You’ll never regret taking care of yourself and your health first. They also boast a 30 ft x 18 ft mirrored wall, high ceilings and natural light thanks to its large windows overlooking 3rd Street Promenade. All around awesome! I’m glad I was able to stop by and check it out! It had a really cool, trendy vibe and the instructors were very personable.
